Guides & answers
Quick answers for the moments that matter during practice.
Tap repeatedly at the pace you want. Tempo de Deux uses your recent intervals, filters inconsistent taps, and selects a tempo within the supported 20–240 BPM range.
A call, another audio session, or a disconnected output can interrupt playback. Check your audio route, then press Play when you are ready to continue.
Yes. The metronome can continue while the screen is locked or another app is open. iOS may still stop audio during system interruptions.
Wireless headphones add output latency. For the tightest perceived timing between touch, sound, and motion, use the device speaker or a wired audio connection.
The label above the BPM—such as Andante, Allegro, or Presto—offers a traditional musical character for the current tempo range.
Your last BPM, time signature, grouping, and custom accents are saved locally on your device so your next practice can begin where you left off.
